Implementation of “Whale Done” for “Empower”
-Putting a separate board for each DST
-Using the board to announce best performers on a regular basis
-( Best TL, SE with highest amount or highest no. of files, for performing in cross selling,)
-Encouraging the employees not only for their performance but also their conduct (coming on time) in the organization.
-Appreciating their efforts towards betterment of the business.
-Recognizing the highest performing team, not just the TL or the Manager.
