Companies need to make innovation about price,product,process,experience,marketing to make these products to be prefered.In all type of innovations,the important thing is,using effectively the advantages of the firms environmetal situation.Without being different,vicious cycle(kısır döngü) will not be ended.For focusing on different innovation forms,management innovation is a must.The purpose of this study is to look at the importance about managment innovation and,search innovation’s effects on the new management understanding.
In this study as the first, the answer is the question of the “what is innovation?” will be searched,then focuse on the developing face of innovation.After the explanation of management innovation,mentioned why and how to make management innovation and what is the difference of management innovation from other forms of innovations, and with examples of international business management in terms of innovative action is tried to explain innovation.
